Very professional, the first test failure was due to delays in their servers. Useful tool for returning

everything I was looking for. an app that integrates with my theme and I can add my own text/returns policy below the form. The fact that its free is amazing bonus. the only thing id say to improve is the ability for customers to add images on the return but I have been reassured that they are working on it

Nice app. Works well, and does everything I need it to do. It loads fast, very intuitive, and no issues from customers. I Recommend it.

Excellent Application I recommend it, you can manage your returns in an orderly and easy way and most importantly being in contact with the client throughout the procedure, their support is great, they are fast and friendly, Waiting for updates would be perfect if you could put all the content in Spanish . For a free app this is definitely the best one out there! Nothing else even comes close. I'm in Canada and I don't use all the pro features as those are mostly for UK sellers. The support from the ClickSit guys is top notch, nonetheless.
