ZigZag Returns & Exchanges

Good app. Takes care of our low volume returns easily. It has been enhanced with the addition of more carriers recently in the UK. Some glitches with the appearance of my "returns portal" / landing page in terms of font etc, but on the whole we couldn't live without it!

Easy to set up, easy to use. The only problem we have experienced is that occasionally we do not receive email notification of a return request, so we check the app daily to be sure we don't miss something. On the whole, though, it is an extremely useful app that has cut the time spent on the phone with customers wanting to return/exchange to a minimum.

This is app is almost perfect. I would like to be able to manually choose the status of the return eg exchanged / returned.

We've used Clicksit Return Center for some time now (the free version) and are quite happy with it: solid app. Easy to request a return / exchange for the customer and easy to handle from the backend. I am sure there are lots of features that could make the app more productive for us (analyse the returns, give more order details etc.) and there aren't many options to customise - however as a free ...

Excellent service would recommend for people to use. Tom ensures there is regular updates and help, however sometimes getting hold of collectplus can be hard

As a first step in creating a repeatable process for returns, this is good. Very basic, but it is a good starting software that is easy to implement.

Great value for money and makes website feel very professional. Works very well the majority of the time. Small bugs need to be fixed in order for it to be perfect.

solved my returns processing issue, easy to use for consumers and slick look & feel. Great feedback from consumers
