Great app that has reduced the manual interface with the customer as well as providing a small saving on returns. Look forward to it continuing to develop to offer EU returns and interact more comprehensively with Shopify.

I highly recommended it! The app is straightforward to navigate. We have tested a couple of refunds on our website and it all went smoothly.

This app is great, we would have customers come to us long after they purchased and want to return a product, with the automatic rules in Clicksit Return Center it's a friendly way to tell a customer that they missed the deadline to return the product. I also streamlines the return process for us and the customer

This is a great app, the ability to send Collect+ labels to customers has been extremely useful in the month or two we've been using it. Even without that functionality, simply having a system for processing returns has been great and saved a lot of time in customer support.

It was quick and easy to get up and running and the company themselves are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Great app and very useful team. The app makes it really clear what the return process is with a neat portal: https://www.townandcountrycovers.com/a/returns Simple. Its great when everything goes well but what is more important is what they do when something goes wrong. When a parcel goes missing they have a team that will actually help resolve the issue. When I have used Royal mail or other couriers in the past they make complaining impossible and refunds also impossible. Clicksit make this side very simple... this is something they don't really promote but in business its important to talk about what you will do to fix something when something goes wrong.
Thanks guys, highly recommend.

We were unaware of this app until we were contacted by one of their team, Jodie. Jodie was fantastic in explaining the app and providing a demo. She was on hand to provide after installation support. The app itself is very slick, blends into our own website and interface, making it comparable to some of the returns platform featured by high street brands. It has elevated our brand as one customers can trust. Top marks to the team and Jodie in particular.

great app. Help your customers like all the big companies for returns. the only improvement i would like is a feature where the returns are auto approved or sent for approval to merchants based on order value or weight... this feature can bring alot of ease for merchants.

The app is pretty perfect given it is free. Very easy to manage and accept/reject requests. The app had good trifurcation: RETURN, EXCHANGE or REFUND which added customer convenience, in our case.
There was good support to put the Returns button next to the orders on the customers' order page - although a suggestion, this could have been done either by the app or a Help Page with the guidelines would help all.
