Wasn't suitable for my business purposes. However, I'm quite alarmed about the amount of communications made in the short span it was installed, which is incredibly excessive and worrying. I received 5 emails and 1 phone call in the span of 20 minutes.
I installed the app and found that the the interface was a bit difficult to navigate and when trying to contact support it took ages to get a response. I was struggling to work out how to customise the returns page and when I finaly got an answer with support, I was told customisation was not available on the free plan.
Pretty disappointed as I wanted to try this app out and see if it's the right fit for my store but when it looks so bad on my page, I didn't want customers to see it, looking so bad

Due to the bank holidays, our support team were not available New Year's Day or yesterday unfortunately - our apologies about this.
I understand our team were in contact this morning to follow up on your app installation and provide an overview and discuss any questions - when checking over your return portal all appeared to be working well, but you had advised you were keen to alter the styling of your return portal which is not available on the free monthly subscription.
We do offer 14-day trials with any of our paid monthly plans so our customers can test functionality and ensure it meets their expectations before committing to payment - apologies if this has not been explained properly.
I'd be happy to follow up with a call to discuss this further and provide a quick online demo - let me know your thoughts.

I am really impressed so far. The app is professional looking, customizable and all automated. The app is exactly what I've been looking for to handle returns. There are still some areas that I may need help with setting up but so far is working flawlessly. The customer services have been really great in helping me getting started and with the advice they've given me. Thank you!

Really simple installation process and the support team are amazing. Quick responses with any issues sorted out the same day. Couldn't recommend clicksit enough to anyone looking for a really smooth and simple returns process.

This is a simple and superb app, and has made our returns process a doddle to handle, particularly with the ClickPlus returns feature. With a couple of clicks (and maybe none if you set automatic approvals) you can approve a return and send a prepaid returns label to the customer. It beats by some distance the two other returns apps we have tried. Personal and responsive customer service - had a slight technical issue (partly our fault) and it was dealt with efficiently. I think the app will only get better over time. We use the paid-for app so that we can personalise the HTML in e-mails, but all the other features seem to be available in the free app. With that the only thing you pay for is the cost of the returns label if it is actually used, and the rates are fairly reasonable. Delighted we found this app, and we wish the Clicksit team every success. UPDATE: After installing a new theme, we had minor issues with the appearance on mobiles. The support team fixed it extremely quickly. Can't fault them.
These guys are amazing! very responsive and always get issues resolved quickly. Couldn't recommend them enough.
So far so good! We use this RMS frequently and it's easy enough. I appreciate all of the auto-generated emails, it's much easier to stay connected with a customer even after the return.
I've been trying to contact support for MONTHS with no response. I'm unable to get this app working with Safari on Mac anymore making it obsolete. I'll be moving app's if this isn't resolved by EOW.
If you want to offer a painless and friendly returns process to your customers, then look no further. The returns process is completely automated. We pay for the returns simply because it offers a good customer retention policy to do so and offering this service on your website also helps the prospective customer trust your site and shows that you have taken the time to offer a seamless returns process . Just make sure you update your terms and conditions to reflect same. To summarise: Your returns process will be simple, effective and most importantly less time consuming for you and your customers.
Hi I just want to say this app has been a life saver, my returns have never been more smooth, it is hassle free for the customer, my return rate has gone lower due to the confidence this provides.
This app has really helped me with my small business. I have found the team extremely helpful and friendly! Jodie especially. They are available on live chat which is very useful, they help me set up the app and were very patient. I also just processed my first return, I wanted to hide the return address and just use a barcode..this was explained to me step by step! keep up the great work - some feedback, would be great to have the return address hidden with the print at home option! - I would highly recommend this app
The app does not work on safari does not work on mac, you need to download google chrome. I can’t tell you how many times customers tell me the app is down when they are trying to arrange returns. I’ve contacted support about this numerous times, nothing is ever done about it, this has been going on for 6 months. I’m currently sourcing a new returns center. I wouldn’t recommend
Hi Teeny Bumps, sorry for your experience here. The app does work on Safari, but it depends on your specific browser settings. Support has got in touch to assist with this, and will be able to get this resolved for you immediately. The return portal itself works across all browsers irrespective of a customers settings, and we have no reported downtime so we can explore any specific customer issues with you on a call.
We have also carried out a major update of the app which is now complete and due for release at the end of this month. This update will mean that your Safari settings no longer matter when logging in to the app admin.

This app is very easy to use. There are many step by step guides that help you along the way and staff are always on hand to help 24/7, which is great :)

This is a very user friendly app (for both the customer and the retailer) which does the job perfectly. I love that there is no limit to the number of return requests. It takes away the anxiety of going past the limit, especially for a small business like mine.

Love this app, highly recommend! Adds transparency to the returns process - customers use Clicksit to return their order for free from any local Collect Plus store and we can track this progress. Clicksit is also amazing as you can issue customer refunds/ credit/ exchanges from within the app - absolute customer service must! Great communication from their Customer Service team who are always quick to respond to queries.

Return page can be automatically created. But it cannot upload return labels to customers. I hope the APP can upload return labels automatically in US.

A really bad service, not one parcel has been returned to us correctly and no reimbursement for the packages lost!
Hi Mirame, apologies for your experience here. Reviewing your account there appears to have been an issue with your address setup which has caused parcels to be held.
