Simple and easy to use. Tom - the app owner, is also very helpful and responsive to help fix an issue with my logo. It would be even better if I can arrange a return to European countries.
Really easy app to use, excellent visibility for returns and was a breeze to integrate. The personalisation options are really great and super happy that we can refund through clicksit to make the whole process streamlined. Jodie has been really helpful throughout and walked us through set up and additional customization options.
Great app to streamline your returns, easy to use. Professional portal for your customers to process their returns. Besides all those good things the customer support is what sold the app for us, we are very pleased.
winter-warehouse.com thinks this app is very good for a free app. Its very easy to use. We wish it had a few more options to respond when a customer writes a comment. The comments section seems to give the customer a place to make up there own terms/reasons for the return. Idf we could comment back with an approval/decline it would make things run smoother. Once we decline we cant change anything.

We came to this app from another app that was too complex and expensive for our return process. This app is streamlined and provides the essential return organization we needed without frills. The fact that it's completely integrated is fantastic and professional.

Easy to install and use. Customer service is amazing have been really helpful talking me through the set up all the way. Customers have liked having a simple way to return and gives me control over returns outstanding.
