I have been using this app for quite some time now. And it has really helped me manage a lot of the returns and exchange requests. To top it all it is free.
I think this is the only app that lets you do all of this for free.

I love this app as I have always struggled to stay on top of my returns but with this app, it is so easy and for once I am on top of the returns. I would recommend this app.

It's great to be able to offer returns using Collect+ just like our bigger competitors do. The charges are really good and the app is very easy to use. Also the customers do most of the work so we can just sit back and wait for the items to be returned, allowing us to focus on growing our brand.

This is a simple and superb app, and has made our returns process a doddle to handle, particularly with the ClickPlus returns feature. With a couple of clicks (and maybe none if you set automatic approvals) you can approve a return and send a prepaid returns label to the customer. We've used Clicksit since launching our brand early this year and it's awesome. Simple, user-friendly for both customers and us. Installation was beyond easy. Not sure how they're able to offer this app for free, but we're not complaining. It's great!
