So easy to capture payments and easy to use

The setup process is such a painstaking one. There is no proper customer support, just on whatsapp. Looks like it's run by just 2 people. No customer support team to hop on to a call to understand the issue. The emirates ID doesn't get scanned properly via app. This is just a pretty looking app with 0 substance! Stay away, wasted 4 days on setting this up while website says 5 min easy setup.

Might edit the review if the support team promptly resolves the issue. If not you would know that they never addressed this issue with us.

It's been such a relief having Ziina as a payment gateway for my Shopify store. As a small business owner, it's been really difficult to find ways to sell my items in a smooth and efficient way, and this was just the feature I needed.
