this product is a waste of time it,s cancelled my account without any reason and don,t allow to reactivate and don,t customer support only whatsapp ai don,t human resource

The setup process is such a painstaking one. There is no proper customer support, just on whatsapp. Looks like it's run by just 2 people. No customer support team to hop on to a call to understand the issue. The emirates ID doesn't get scanned properly via app. This is just a pretty looking app with 0 substance! Stay away, wasted 4 days on setting this up while website says 5 min easy setup.
Might edit the review if the support team promptly resolves the issue. If not you would know that they never addressed this issue with us.
