The app itself is decent! Not too expensive, covers almost everything you'd need from a loyalty platform. What's great, though, is the service. Their team is super prompt and helps out with the smallest of queries.

I recently installed this app to my new store, had a question and they answered right away! So far I love the concept, it's not buggy or glitchy.. I like it alot! Highly recommend

Pros: friendly technical support, functionalities (if you have the professional plan)
Cons: price, limited functionalities (if you use the free or starter plan)

This app offers a lot of functionalities, it allows you to set up custom rules through API as well as customize pre-built rules. It also allows for customization of rewards (% off, $ discount, free shipping). One of my favorite functions is the email notification, it not only notifies members when they earn or redeem points, but it can also send out a notification when members are close to earning their next reward. Furthermore, they have a friendly support staff who are there to answer any of your questions regarding the app. Unfortunately, they are not currently integrated with MailChimp which can limit the personalization of email notifications. Currently, I am still in the process of testing out the app, but it has been quite satisfactory, and a lot more can be done it you know a bit of coding to help you further personalize the app.

Shawn went above and beyond to apply excellent customer service. He took a decent slice of his time to call and go over my account and offer suggestions in addition to praising mine. He then followed up our call with a "Minutes" email. So I have a record of what we discussed. I'm by no means a computer whiz, but I was able to easily install, input my information, and activate my account without issue. I've just launched www.NoveledLeather.com and Shawn reached out again to see how it went. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book. I love this app so far!

I tried this app for about a month and found that overall it is a feature rich and well thought out app. The down side that I found with the app is that it does not integrate with Shopify POS to allow customers that shop both online and in my brick and mortar store to earn and redeem rewards regardless of where they shop with my business. Anyone that simply has an online order style business this app will work fine. If you have a brick and mortar storefront as well and an online store this app will not serve your customers as well as I believe it should.
