Zinrelo has done an amazing job as my store's loyalty solution. We have seen an uptick in our customer retention and overall customer satisfaction. We have used Zinrelo to award coupon codes, refer a friend and offer our best customers a first look at rare items. It checks all the boxes for us. While it is one of the more expensive options, I am going to use the age-old expression. You get what you pay for! Nick is our dedicated customer success manager and he is always just an email away. Quick and accurate support every time. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an all-in-one Loyalty Solution look at Zinrelo.

I used this app for my loyalty program and referral marketing. I simply love it....it has all in one place and I jumped from not incentivizing my customers at all to giving them a full suite of options to earn points and get a better status full of rewards. The app works perfect and customer service is proactive.

Love it. It offers many articles to help us how to configure with this app, but I know nothing about coding. The customer service, Yahya, he helped us to customize the look since we don't have a developer,really appreciate it.

I installed the free version which offers many functions. the most interesting is that you can translate or customize all the text.
When I needed help, I had a quick response and them corrected the problem.
I recommend this apli, you can see the result that proffessional.

Easy setup and integration. Customers have really enjoyed having a kickback to use later for purchases. I've heard nothing but good feedback from them. Any small issues that have popped up have been solved quickly and efficiently by the support team. Would recommend and will be installing on our other sites.

Très bonne application!!! même gratuite, elle fait son travail. Simple, efficace,de l'aide instantanée grâce au tchat et LA bonne nouvelle, c'est que cette application se traduit TOTALEMENT,( rare dans les applis shopify) plus un seul mot d' anglais pour mon site entièrement en français, cela inspire vraiment confiance MERCI, MERCI de penser aux autres !!!!
