I've just started using this app and I love it. It's really easy to use, so far I'm enjoying customizing the notification and setting up the rules for my reward program. Plus the customer service is outstanding, they help you with any issue and they respond really fast.
I recommend it.

The Zinrelo loyalty rewards program is easy to set up and manage. We were able to get up and running very quickly.

A great app for rewarding and retaining customers. Customers really value the points they earn and being able to redeem them.

Tried every single rewards app available and this one is the best - simple and straightforward. Best of all this has the best interface in my opinion because the dashboard is clean and not cluttered like the other apps available.

I had a few questions and Yayha replied promptly through email, support is fantastic. We are just starting off launching a simple rewards program and this app gets the job done!

Patient, kind and quick! Zinrelo's support team is world class. I can only image how much of a pain it was helping me to understand errors (that were not caused by them) and getting me on track to correcting their problem. True experts in the field.

However, I must be fair in this review as there is no perfect brand. The only drawback I can see to using this app is in their inability to customize the layout of their pop-ups and account page.

Otherwise, their functionality, support team and overall ease of use, is unparalleled amoung every other Shopify app I've installed.

Helps with customer loyalty, tracking, and return rates. A solid add to our company. Set up and integration was easy.

Obviously checked out other Loyalty Program apps but, for a small business with less than a thousand loyalty members and combined with all the various ways to earn points this made Zinrelo the best choice. If, like me, you are new to loyalty programs it can take a while to get your head around how the scheme will work for you but, since installing the app it has worked well. The widgets are easyish to customise but if you want to integrate into your site pages a knowledge of coding would be helpful. I've only had a couple of times where I needed to reach out to support and have found their response time to be excellent and are very helpful in fixing any issues and Yahya very kindly helped me out with the coding and integration. Fantastic all-round and well deserving of five stars.
