Its really a good app for customer loyalty. We have used it almost 2 years.
And I have 2 suggestion.
1/ Can we downgrade the customer tier manually instead of deduct point.
2/ Can we import or link the coupon code with shopify, then no need create one by one in "Discount" of shopify. Its really time consuming.

Thanks for your suggestions. We have now developed an automated way to generate and upload coupon codes which does not require any manual intervention. Also, deduction of points is necessary for downgrading the tier otherwise the next time the user earns points, the tier will again be upgraded.
The app itself is decent! Not too expensive, covers almost everything you'd need from a loyalty platform. What's great, though, is the service. Their team is super prompt and helps out with the smallest of queries.
Shawn went above and beyond to apply excellent customer service. He took a decent slice of his time to call and go over my account and offer suggestions in addition to praising mine. He then followed up our call with a "Minutes" email. So I have a record of what we discussed. I'm by no means a computer whiz, but I was able to easily install, input my information, and activate my account without issue. I've just launched www.NoveledLeather.com and Shawn reached out again to see how it went. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book. I love this app so far!
This was exactly what I was looking for in a referral / rewards program. Super easy to set up & easy to manage.
I really seem to be liking this app seems like it will be good. wish the member importing was a little easier an smoother. but other then that hoping for better thing using this one.
