Smart Zipcode Tracker

We had a very frustrating experience with Smart Zipcode Tracker. The app is not working properly, and the CSS conflicts with the theme, making it unusable. Their support is completely unresponsive—they didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting despite us trying to connect three times. They also don’t reply on chat, making getting help impossible. Overall, a very disappointing app with terrible customer service. I do not recommend it!

app unable to install crashing all the time

I am getting started with this app and think its great. Two improvements please... - I would love the option to have a widget on the front page where a customer can type in their zip code/ postcode. - It would be great to have conditional responses. ie. Customer A types in 3220 and it says "Yes - Delivery possible and it will be Wednesday". Customer B types in 3224 and it says "Yes - Delivery possible and it will be Thursday". Is it possible to have these updates? If so 5 stars all the way! Thanks

I used this app to do zip code check on product level, and it works great. I was stuck with one issue and reached out to support. It was one of the best support i have seen in industry, and Omkar from Support was supremely responsive and fast in resolving the issue. Thank you so much for the great help. Looking forward in future to use more of your apps. !!!

Super easy to use. Good Support. Would like to see a feature to remove from a dashboard without having to export ALL and re-import. But overall a great functioning app that is critical to our shipping zones.

This app does exactly what it's supposed to do. Moreover their customer service is on point. Had a tiny issue and they resolved it within minutes. Wish I could give these guys 6 stars. - Ash
