We had a very frustrating experience with Smart Zipcode Tracker. The app is not working properly, and the CSS conflicts with the theme, making it unusable. Their support is completely unresponsive—they didn’t show up for a scheduled meeting despite us trying to connect three times. They also don’t reply on chat, making getting help impossible. Overall, a very disappointing app with terrible customer service. I do not recommend it!

The app keeps crashing. On clicking the check zip code button, the button keeps buffering. The app worked nicely in the beginning but then stopped working.

Super easy to use. Good Support. Would like to see a feature to remove from a dashboard without having to export ALL and re-import. But overall a great functioning app that is critical to our shipping zones.
