I've tried other Ai Chatbots and I'm so happy with ZipChat! I love how ZipChat actually recommends products for customers with great accuracy. It goes beyond expectations with very specific responses and even in other languages.
I've been blown away at how ZipChat can seamlessly follow any flow in the conversations with a very natural responses. It's cut down tremendously on my customer response work and the "Track My Order" feature is one that knocks out a huge chunk of customer issues. I can't wait to see what they add next.

ZipChat has made a huge difference in my business since I started using it last week, my customers have really been engaging with the chatbot to help them answers their questions! It definitely reduced the amount of support queries I'm manually answering. Great app, well priced.

It was straightforward to set up and it's simple to use. The chat is super handy for customers. They can find products faster or ask questions about the store and policies and give to your customers 24/7 live replies!.
