Zipchat has very good AI capabilities, which makes it easier to train. The ability to edit the bot’s responses is incredibly useful and allows us to tailor the bot to our unique business needs. The chat support is usually very responsive. Unfortunately, we are unable to use this bot on our gated Shopify B2B sites since the bot cannot scrape that data, but it works well on our public-facing B2C website.

We use Zipchat on many stores. Great product, easy UX and super fast to use. Every new store we launch we add Zipchat, takes like 10-15 minutes to set it up and works wonders. Great to convert users on the fence and automate support.

Der Chat-Bot wird von unseren Kunden sehr gut benützt und die Antworten sind auch soweit in Ordnung. Wir mussten noch die eine oder andere Anpassung machen. Dies konnten wir entweder selber machen oder der Support war sehr schnell.

Ero molto restio sul fatto che ZipChat potesse effettivamente aiutarci nella gestione delle domande dei clienti del nostro e-commerce e invece mi sono dovuto ricredere. Riesce a gestire le domande, dare risposte utili e sensate e c'è eventualmente la possibilità di modificare le risposte per le chat successive. Ottimo lavoro!

I recently started using ZipChat.ai to automate customer service for another one of my online stores. Having successfully used it for a previous store, I knew it would be a great fit. This new store, however, presents many variables that significantly increase the customer support workload. I couldn't be happier with the results. The AI is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently provides detailed and accurate responses to customer inquiries. It's truly impressive how well it understands and handles a wide range of questions.

A special shoutout to Luca from ZipChat, who was exceptionally helpful in getting everything set up correctly. He made sure the system was perfectly aligned with my business objectives, and his support made the entire process seamless and efficient.

Overall, ZipChat.ai has significantly improved my customer service experience, and I highly recommend it to any business looking to enhance their customer support operations. It's a no brainer for any online store. Definitely leaving money on the table by not having this enabled on your website.

Installation is extremely easy and the results are impressive.

Not only did it help me get more orders from hesitant customers, but it also tipped me off to what the most common questions from customers are to include on my product pages.
