I have tested many, quite a few in fact, and I am currently in the testing phase. However, I must say that I am extremely impressed by the performance and the availability of support. Nowadays, this level of service is very rare, if not non-existent, and often you come across incompetence. This has been a refreshing experience!
Quick and easy setup - you can start prompting conversations right away.
What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.
Amazing AI Chatbot, great for sales and support. The team is super helpful, we customized it for a special use case I needed and the process took only 15 minutes. Highly recommended

Zip Chat is simply amazing! It's incredibly easy to set up, and it seamlessly integrates into my business. What’s even better is that my customers have started complimenting the AI chatbot itself, which is something I didn’t expect. I tried many different AI chats, but nothing came close to this. The support is super fast and friendly. This AI chat app does everything that a CS can do but even better because you don't need to micromanage it lol. Just feed it the correct data and that is all. Highly recommend!

Der Chat-Bot wird von unseren Kunden sehr gut benützt und die Antworten sind auch soweit in Ordnung. Wir mussten noch die eine oder andere Anpassung machen. Dies konnten wir entweder selber machen oder der Support war sehr schnell.
