Excellent new service that is absolutely killing it.
We love this chat and how easy it is to train it on new information.

We have some feature requests but it's still new and they're actively improving the service. We fully intend on sticking around as long as it stays financially reasonable for us and the value trade remains.

Very good, however little tweaks here and there would be welcome for multilingual use and a follow up by email for unresolved chats (chat history in the emails sent out to avoid having to go back to the app to see the conversation).
