We've been using Zipchat for a few months now after moving from Tidio. It is an extremely well-formatted app. We evaluated several AI, sales, and customer service applications, and Zipchat stands far above the rest—not only in its features and content, but also in its pricing.
The AI chat constantly amazes me, often handling conversations better than a human agent. Looking back at some of the chat logs, clients clearly have no idea they are speaking with an AI. I have no hesitation in recommending.

We've been running Zipchat for the last month and it's been proactively helping customers find what they need quickly and selecting the right products they need to add to their cart.
The technical nature of the business means customers can have questions to understand what they need to have a full working setup, and we've given zipchat all the context it needs to be able to answer those questions, which it's doing impressively well.

We're just a few weeks into using Zipchat but it has been a great tool for us thus far. It handles most conversations very well and the AI-assisted search is superior to the custom solution we had in place on our site. We have yet to integrate this tool with our social media accounts or other channels but as a support tool on our main site it has been impressive.
