is the currency converter available on the upsell if my store currency is different rent from my customers currency ?

Hey Baby Buble LTD thanks for the review. Was the currency converter the only issue or was there something else you weren't happy with that caused your two star review? If there is something else please let us know so we can fully understand your needs and help try to find some solutions for you. At this time Shopify's API doesn't allow us to integrate with currency converters. The offers will be displayed in your stores native currency that you've setup for your store. As soon as this functionality is open to us, we'll make sure to create some integrations for currency converter apps! If you need anything else or we can help you out in anyway just reach out. I am giving 4 as there as some limitations, will change the rating as soon as the app improves. I think a major win for me would be an automatic option of up-selling the same product as in basket with priority on products. Right now I had to create a funnel per product which took a significant time to set up.

I love how easy to use OCU is. I've been using it years ago before the integration with Shopify, and now with the integration, it's a night-and-day difference. It's basically turn-key. Just flipped the switch on, and we're immediately generating extra revenue. Also, the support is world-class. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you guys!

I understand this is new and maybe it's still in the developing stage, but it does not work for everyone. I have tested on 2 different stores (since I have been waiting for this launch for a year now, or since Ezra mentioned it as a possibility I got all excited).
And I know how It works, I'm an original OCU user for 2 years at least with +5 stores. I also understand the fact it does work right now ONLY with credit card payment connected to Shopify and does not work with PayPal express. But I have been hanging with customer support for close to 48 hours now. I have been re-re-reading the FAQ and the help doc for at least 10 times now. The customer service replies just with template messages (copy-paste from the same FAQ or help doc site which I've seen it 10x times already). A bit frustrating when asking something and getting a template reply (just brings back bad memories with other big brands customer service). I tried to install/uninstall + enable/disable many times and it does not work. Pre-purchase upsell is listed, but no pre-purchase offer at all. Probably it's beta and we need more time to get stable.

Thanks for reaching out! We've identified your issue and it's actually not with OCU. Shopify has a rule that you cannot have 2 "checkout" apps installed at the same time. You installed one of their other partners first and because of that OCU will not work. They are aware of this issue and they know it is effecting all of their checkout partners. If you'd like to use OCU, just uninstall the other application and you'll be good to go!

That being said I understand your frustration when trying to get help and not getting the answers you need. I see we do have a support ticket open with you and are awaiting a reply from you in it. Check your email and we can continue there. Thanks for your patience, as you can imagine support queues are a bit longer than normal during launch but we're still replying to everyone within 2 hours.

this app is very expensive and it charges you a percentage off the sales even for items that were cancelled or refunded. it's way too expensive!

We truly are a 5-star app and provide far more value to our merchants than the investment in our application. I'd like the opportunity to show you this! I reached out to you personally with a link to book a call with me so I can review your offers and show some improvements to get your AOV well past the point that you would be concerned about the cost of the app. I'm also happy to refund Feb billing period where the app wasn't profitable.
In regards to pricing, we have a base fee that starts at $35.00 - we charge this even if you have $0 in upsells. There is a 1% fee on top of this for upsell revenue generated. Our pricing is very fair considering that our app is a lot more powerful than the cheaper apps. Mainly, I want to focus on OCU split testing since you have great products and just need to convert more.
Do you know what was the cause of the drop in sales in Feb? It might be that the holiday season was ending at this point but it will be helpful to know if you're running paid advertising or getting a fair amount of organic traffic. 67% of upsell revenue will typically come from Post-Purchase upsells and this requires conversions to be a useful tool. I noticed your post-purchase upsells aren't discounted. We typically see a HUGE increase in conversions with a 10-30% discount.
Pre-purchase we can also split test offering a multi-product offer. This requires no discount but will get more of your products in front of customers. My recommendation here is to offer upsells to all your products. This is a key way to get more from OCU and increase your AOV.
