We reached the Zipify OCU team with concerns that our upsells were not firing properly and thus losing revenue opportunity. The team did a deep study and validated the reasons for why this was. They practiced relentless execution in providing answers for us.

I have been using OCU for several years and am updating to the new native app and it's my favorite app by far. OCU is easy to set up and works great. Also, if you ever need help Zipify's support is A++ excellent

One Click Upsell is great. It is easy to use and very intuitive. I do recommend you watching the videos because there are some good tips/tricks and best practices shared. I am most impressed with the Thank You page - this has been helping us move a $2 item that was not moving previously. Some items tend to get lost in the shuffle of all the products, no matter how much one tries to put it front and center. The only challenge so far is the integration with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Rise.ai. Shopify seems to code the Thank You sale differently than a normal in-cart order. Customers receive a cart abandonment email from Klaviyo (triggered by Shopify) even after the purchase has been made. This has been addressed on the Klaviyo side and it appears to be working (not sending out more cart abandonment emails). Rise.ai has also had issues by double rewarding people - this has been addressed with them and they are trying to solve this issue. All in all, this app is great and just what our store needed! Thank you!

We’ve been using this app with great success. Have tried other pre and post purchase applications, but OCU is hands down the best one we’ve come across in terms of flexibility, ease of use and how intuitive the interface is. Love how it is now seamlessly integrated with the Shopify checkout. This app just keeps getting better! Thanks Zipify team!

I feel like I should address the negative reviews on here first, which to me is really a disservice to all the people on Ezra's team who clearly have been kicking their own asses to get this launched and to do so a few weeks before the hard holiday hits so we are not all scrambling a few days before Black Friday.
Is it a new integration? Yup. Will it have some bugs? Yup. Will they get it fixed asap for you if there is an issue? Yup.
So what is the problem here? People are impatient and want everything perfect right now, which comes as a big surprise to me coming from other business owners. We have all had crap go wrong in our shops and then it can back up customer support and imagine if instead of people realizing that there could be a few hiccups they slammed you with one star reviews for stuff that may actually be their fault instead of yours. I believe this is what is happening here. If you listened to Ezra at all in this launch he brought the opportunities to the table about the product upfront. So don't be a jerk, give this awesome team a chance to catch up and get back to you.
Now to get to the product-you are right, it isn't the "cheap" boy on the block but I am a big believer in you get what you pay for. I'll pay more because Zipify is a solid company who clearly gives a shit about their customers and puts back into their products over and over again. I have used other product, I will stick with One Click Upsell.
For people considering trying it-my main qualm with the original version is you couldn't have the upsell not show based on the amount of an item shown in a cart. For example, someone is buying a lipstick you want to upsell them an additional lipstick in the same color. However if they already had 2 of the same lipstick in the cart it would still show. This can be a trick with some customers that would clearly delete out on and go back into the checkout to get the additional discount. It looks like.... THIS HAS BEEN FIXED! WHAT? If I am correct (pretty sure I am) that negates any other upsell platform I know of.
Anyways-it is a great product. SUPER EXCITED to go into holiday with this new version. Team is always great, answers are always on point and polite. I love it, you will too if you give it a shot.

***UPDATE I have confirmed you can now not show a product based on the amount of an item in the cart! GAME CHANGING! Thanks for adding this feature guys, it is very helpful to my store!

Pros- One of the easiest to use and best looking upsell plugins on the market. A1 support team. Easy to install and manage. I left a pretty poor review and their support reached out right away and helped diagnose and work towards solving the issues I had in a timely matter. Cons- Compatibility issues with certain themes. Minor UI elements could be improved. Lacks advanced configuration (however almost every other upsell apps lacks here too). Overall- I have evaluated dozens of different review plugins and even with its slight drawbacks, it was better than every single other one. It's not perfect, but its ease of use, quality design, quick load times, and reporting makes it better than most others I evaluated. I wanted to give a 4 star review due to some of the bugs and compatibility issues I faced, but their support was so on top of their game I had to change it to a 5 star. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS APP- please be diligent with your testing and make sure it actually works on your theme & in conjunction with your other plugins.

FIRST THING....I researched several of the other apps on youtube. I was annoyed and frustrated at the way things were laid out in terms of pricing and workflow and user experience. The thing that made this app the right app for my business is the NATIVE post purchase shopping cart. This means that AFTER a person makes their purchase you can offer them something else to buy (since they are already in a buying mood) and they DO NOT have to re-enter payment info. Plus I use shopify payments; other apps required that I add an outside payment system. Zipify uses the payment info that is already in shopify. SECOND THING I really like about this app. It's super easy to do. Super easy to set up and use. I was all prepared for a long and hard learning curve getting this thing set up on my site. I was totally wrong. I got it up and running right (making what they call funnels) in about an hour or so on 4 different products. They have a few small minor bugs but overall this thing ROCKS. Great little piece of software for a non programmer. LAST THING This app does not cost that much. The other apps are outrageous! This company only wants a little of your money for A LOT of help that they provide. They make money when you make money. I was sold once I saw the pricing model. The other apps were just terrible in this area. Some of them wanted to charge you for just showing the up sale option to the customer. These guys have a base monthly of 25 bucks or something no matter how many people see the up sell. You pay them based on what you brought in. I'm happy.

We wanted to try new upsells with our customers and found OCU to be the best for our store. During our free trial set up, we experienced some technical issues so I reached out to support and was contacted immediately by Justine. She was very positive and quick in her responses. We were able to resolve the issue in only a few hours! By far one of the fastest app teams I've dealt with. We only set one test funnel up so far and we're excited to launch more!
