OCU activated a free shipping promotion without notifying us - i never created this promo. Customers were getting free shipping without us knowing.

Unsupported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently unsupported for one click post-purchase upsells:
Installment Services
Some examples include Affirm, Sezzle, AfterPay, or Klarna, Shop Pay installments
Unsupported Payment Wallets
Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay
Bank Transfer Payment Methods
iDeal, Airwallex
Gift Cards
Any purchases made entirely with a gift card will not render post-purchase offer. If the order is paid partly with a gift card and partly with a supported payment method (e.g. $20 gift card on a $35 order), then post-purchase offers will be shown as normal.
Cash On Delivery
Cash On Delivery orders will not display 1-Click Upsell offers, due to Shopify's restrictions on post-purchase offers.

The list of unsupported payment methods you shared is correct — those payment types are not supported for post-purchase offers due to Shopify’s current checkout limitations. This applies to all apps that run post-purchase offers, not just ours.
That said, all of our other upsell types (like pre-purchase, product page widgets, and thank you page offers) do support those payment methods.

Terrible, billed us for 3 years for 0 additional revenue. Customer service also appalling not responding to chat appropriately. Wouldn't ordinarily leave a review but left with no choice. Much better apps exist, would not recommend using this one.

Post purchase tracking works terrible! Customer service refused to resolve my issue. The post purchase conversion value was reported even on failed payments. If Zipify is taking a comission from all of this, they should actually help people resolve this issue with a developer and not just say that we don't deal with this stuff.
