We are experiencing customer frustration with this app. Some customers are getting double orders of the same product through this App that they claim they did not order. Please advise. jl@bagups.com

OCU activated a free shipping promotion without notifying us - i never created this promo. Customers were getting free shipping without us knowing.

me han cobrado este mes sin tener ningún plan con ellos y sin siquiera tener la app instalada. espero que me devuelvan el dinero, pero me parece de muy sinvergüenza, cuando no utilizo esta aplicación.

I've been trying to fix a issue for over a week, the customer service is very poor, they keep not reading my messages just giving random replies.

Hi I want to talk to the support team, but i am not able to do so because i need to pay 8$ to access to your app , so i leave a review first here to ask for answer to support team. i will erase this review when support team revert back to me . Hi support team , does one click upsell support these payments below? because currently i have a lots of upsell "no show" because of "shopify_payments" with my current post purchase app. can you check below: thank you in advance for your revert

Unsupported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently unsupported for one click post-purchase upsells:

Installment Services

Some examples include Affirm, Sezzle, AfterPay, or Klarna, Shop Pay installments

Unsupported Payment Wallets

Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, or Google Pay

Bank Transfer Payment Methods

iDeal, Airwallex

Gift Cards

Any purchases made entirely with a gift card will not render post-purchase offer. If the order is paid partly with a gift card and partly with a supported payment method (e.g. $20 gift card on a $35 order), then post-purchase offers will be shown as normal.

Cash On Delivery

Cash On Delivery orders will not display 1-Click Upsell offers, due to Shopify's restrictions on post-purchase offers.

The list of unsupported payment methods you shared is correct — those payment types are not supported for post-purchase offers due to Shopify’s current checkout limitations. This applies to all apps that run post-purchase offers, not just ours.

That said, all of our other upsell types (like pre-purchase, product page widgets, and thank you page offers) do support those payment methods.

If you’d like more help or have additional questions, please reach out to our support team directly — we’d be happy to assist and help assint with setting up those offers.

Terrible, billed us for 3 years for 0 additional revenue. Customer service also appalling not responding to chat appropriately. Wouldn't ordinarily leave a review but left with no choice. Much better apps exist, would not recommend using this one.

Post purchase tracking works terrible! Customer service refused to resolve my issue. The post purchase conversion value was reported even on failed payments. If Zipify is taking a comission from all of this, they should actually help people resolve this issue with a developer and not just say that we don't deal with this stuff.
