honestly I had a couple glitches with the app, giving discounts when it shouldn't have, I let the team know and the fixed the glitch and also completely compensated me for the losses. Despite the glitch I 100% still use this app and will continue to do so, the slide cart drawer is better than other apps i've tried, the upsells work unreal, and their customer support is amazing, well worth installing

This is probably the only app that pays for itself right out of the bat. In the first week this app added 150$ of revenue (our store is small), but it sold products that havent been sold in 2 years and is selling new products every day. I havent even configured everything in OCU. I am blown away, thank you to Ezra and his team.

OCU activated a free shipping promotion without notifying us - i never created this promo. Customers were getting free shipping without us knowing.

Absolutely love how easy the set up and even if you're not tech savvy, they give you pre-done templates to work with! This has increase my order value and massive upsells, which I found it sooner!

App overall good. Post purchase is a problem because people cannot buy more of the same product in a knitting pattern - we need the AI to recommend other products, not whats in your cart already

me han cobrado este mes sin tener ningún plan con ellos y sin siquiera tener la app instalada. espero que me devuelvan el dinero, pero me parece de muy sinvergüenza, cuando no utilizo esta aplicación.

GREAT!. EASY TO SET UP, AND LET IT DO THE REST. I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS NOW AND IT HAS DEFINITELY INCREASED MY AOV, WITH OUT A DOUBT. YOU CAN EVEN SET A DIFFERENT FUNNEL FOR EACH PRODUCT, SO YOUR OFFERS ARE NOT JUST GENERIC, THEY ACTUALLY CAPITULATE ON THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT FOR EVEN MORE INTEGRATION OF THE SELLING PRODUCT. I RECOMMEND 1000%.

All in all, it's a wonderful app and, appart from just a few slightly confusing setup features in their cart drawer, it works great.
But most of all, the support team is amazing! They respond quickly, are extremely kind and understanding, and they always come through! They will never close a ticket unless they've solved the issue.

To sum up, it's a great app that drives sales and that's easy to set up, and if anything happens, their support is wonderful! So in the end, you'll never have any problem at all.
