Makes upsells easy. Set up was quick and painless. A/B testing lets you see what performs best. Fantastic customer support! OCU Plus and the enterprise team were great to work with. They were proactive with recommendations and implementing upsells. Highly recommend!

The app has been easy to navigate from set-up to use. I ran into a problem with my shipping charges not showing on my order bumps and post purchase upsells and Ash and the team were able to go through my Shopify set-up and find the 'needle in the haystack' as to why - I had not clicked one box...once I checked the box - everything worked like a charm. It feels like getting taxed. The usage fees are outrageous, 500 dollars + a month just for 10000 in revenue. Its insane, im moving to reconvert, i calculated it and they only have 150 in fees for the same amount of revenue.

For stores generating $10K/month in upsell revenue, the correct tier is $399/month, and for those just under $10K, it’s $199/month. There are no additional usage fees beyond that. If you’re seeing different charges, we’d love to look into it with you to ensure everything is correct.
Our goal is to deliver a platform that increases your revenue far beyond the cost of the app. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience or if you'd like help optimizing your results, please don’t hesitate to reach out at help@zipify.com.

We've been very happy with One Click Upsell. The app immediately added several thousand dollars of revenue per day. The team has been responsive and helped deal with any issues or bugs that have cropped up along the way. The app isn't flawless - there have been a few bugs in reporting or funnel creation that have been annoying but not critical and were dealt with fairly quickly.

If I had some constructive feedback, I'd love to see them make the cross-sell product pictures larger on the product page ... right now they are too small to be truly functional, but hopefully this is something they have in the works.

We started using OCU on our website and started getting upsells right away!
The app is very easy to set up with an intuitive interface. And it's amazingly flexible with the ability to add offers at multiple points in the funnel, prioritize offers, change the look of the offers, turn elements of the offers on and off, etc.
The app seems to work well on all the browsers we've tried, and the offer displays look slick and polished.
We haven't needed their support very much but when we did, they were fast and responsive.
Finally, the advice from Ezra is invaluable.
Overall we highly recommend this app! It is much better than several of the others we've tried.
