One Click Upsell ‑ Zipify OCU

New Shopify owner here - first venture! I've been really happy with my Zipify/OCU experience so far. There trial period is an excellent proof of concept and the team was excellent to work with when I had specific concerns about some upsells I unfortunately had to cancel. If you've been in the D2C space for more than 30 seconds, you know who Ezra Firestone is. He needs no introduction. The OCU app and team are the absolute best in the game. Waste your time trying to find someone better or use OCU and start making more money.

The OCU team has provided next level support, not just on technical setup but actually spending time in our store, setting up split tests, adding custom features to the cart for us and working hard to make us more money on every transaction. We can't recommend them enough.

I have no idea who the second best cart / upsell provider is, and frankly I don't care. Working with the best has saved us so much time and made us tens of thousands of dollars of incremental revenue. 10/10.

This app does everything it says it's supposed to do. All the claims it makes about increased sales and ease of application are correct.

The customer service and support team is better than any I've ever encountered with any app I've ever used:
1. They're fast.
2. They give you specific answers.
3. If needed, they'll just jump in and fix it for you.

I wish every single app and company I have to work with had this level of customer support.

So I've been on Shopify for like a decade now. Fresh Chile. And we switched over to this app maybe six months ago from a different upsell app we'd been running. Six months. And we've already pushed over $238,000 through it. That right there should tell you something.

Everybody wants AOV. And yeah, we get it. $53 with our upsells, $45 without. That's a real lift. That pays for the app and then some, every single day.

Sometimes it's literally free. And people are like Chris what are you doing, that's not gonna spike your AOV. You're right. It's not.

We came over from another app and I'm not looking back. Setup took me minutes. No code. And their team actually goes in and optimizes the funnels with us. They get on it. So look, if you're only thinking AOV you're leaving money on the table. I'm telling you. Five stars, easy.

We had moved off OCU a little over a year ago due to some limitations with offer set up and integrations. Since then, they have surged past competitors with an all-in-one app. This cut down on our funnel set up and evaluation time, as we can see results from one dashboard instead of 2 or 3 apps. I also appreciate the honest reporting, showing you AOV with and without OCU upsells over time, vs other apps that take credit for sales you'd have anyway.

The ROI is 11x so far this month. I think the benefits outweigh the friction created for customers.

Fairly easy to navigate, AI features are cool. Support is top notch!!!!

We've been running this app for a few months now and the increase in AOV with this has been great. I do wish there was more customization to it in terms of looks/feel so it would better match our store but overall it's completely worth it and you shouldn't hesitate to add OCU.
