I had a truly horrible experience using Zocket. Their services didn't work as promised, and their support team was not helpful at all. I encountered multiple issues, including problems linking my ad account, not spending ads account and funds not reflecting properly in my dashboard, despite being confirmed. Even after multiple follow-ups, there were constant delays and no real solutions offered.

The biggest frustration was their failure to resolve a critical issue with my campaigns not running properly. I ended up wasting over $200 in addition to 99 $ for a subscription due to their mismanagement and lack of timely responses. Their support team seemed more interested in scheduling meetings than actually fixing my problems, and the communication was extremely poor, with long gaps and vague updates.

Overall, I cannot recommend Zocket. Their service is unreliable, their support is inefficient, and I felt like my concerns were never taken seriously. Save your time and money—avoid this service!
