Hey,
Our app is working on full force! It seems like you forget to enable the tracking via the theme settings, a new thing the required by Shopify for merchants that are using Theme 2.0 version.

I sent you en email so I can help you enable the tracking script. I'll appreciate if you will get back to us to make things right.
