We are using the Zoho integration app to connect Zoho Books with our Shopify store, and it has made our workflow much more efficient. Orders and data sync smoothly, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
Whenever we’ve faced any issues, the Zoho support team has been very responsive and helpful.
Overall, a reliable and effective integration solution.
Database connection errors (max_user_connections exceeded) took down our
live store for hours. Developer responded saying it was "fully fixed" and
a "temporary server issue."
Checked after their response - SAME ERROR STILL VISIBLE.
Either the fix wasn't actually applied, or this is a recurring problem
they're not being honest about. A "temporary server issue" doesn't cause
max_user_connections errors - that's poor connection pooling in their code.
Not acceptable for production use.
