Zoorix has been amazing. The app it self is user friendly with tons of functionality and customization options all for free. But the most amazing part has been the customer service! Ohad made two code customizations just for my store within hours of request and at no additional cost. Really went out of his way to make sure the app works well for my store. Thank you so much.

Sooo this is probably one of the most amazing apps I found on the Shopify app store. It immediately replaces 3 other (paid) apps I used, it's free and the customer support is amazing. There are so many options to create upsell opportunities that are tried and tested on my kind of store (babies/toddlers). I'm not sure how the devs can keep this free, but thank you!

Very good app but for me a bit complicated. Functionality is great and customer support is fast. Would suggest to use chat for communication. Recommended app

We will defiantly simplify the features you had questions about (enabling App Blocks and default bundle location) including emphasize their tutorials, and I can also tell that we are already working on general optimizations such as onboarding wizard, flashy ui, auto pilot offers and more.
About using the chat, we guarantee an answer within 24 hours, and pretty much always answer much faster than that (as you may see on the reviews). We are also happy to schedule a chat or Zoom call for customers that prefer to communicate in these ways and also for advanced issues that requires sharing screens.
