Case updated: Hello there, we have sent you the message from Shopify. Based on their investigation, you have not been charged any amount. The charge that you showed us was a pending charge, which is common for credit cards. If you are charged, please contact us and Shopify so our companies can refund you.

We're using the ZotaBox on a large scale withup to 200 Tools running at the same time and are happy with the outcome. It's especially needed to showcase influencer codes in the shop since we do see an incease in CVR when using zota-box.
Support is helpful and easy to contact.

This app has been a huge help. I love popups and the header bar. These tools help us to reach our customers with important messages we don't want them to miss. Strongly recommend. They also have amazing customer support. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! We have been using this app for 4 years, and never had any issues
