Got this app yesterday only, and already loving it ...
I have also installed "live chat" from Zotabox ... They are free, that doesn't mean they are feature-less and that is the best part of this.
They are both too good for a new store like mine.

Super Simple and easy to install.
We're using the promo bar with a top-fixed position to keep our Free Shipping banner at the top of the site on desktop and mobile. We've had a few hiccups, but Zotabox has been very responsive and has fixed the issue within 48 hours on both occasions.
Loving this apps !!! Easy to install and make changes myself. A big plus for any store.
