all working as it should! nice little tracking app
I used to recommend this app to my clients before when developing dropship stores. I also used it to my stores as it is a good app and feature rich.
Good app, and we’ve just started using it, but sometimes tracking updates are delayed, and certain orders don’t always appear in the 17track list for tracking.
When this happens, you may need to reach out to their support team, but they are quick and responsive. I recommend this app if you’re dealing with international shipping and packages are handed off between different delivery companies. It’s convenient to have everything in one place.
Additionally, the free plan works great for small businesses managing up to 50 orders a month.
I’ve been using the app for a long time, and it provides excellent support for customers. The service is outstanding!

17track has really helped me a lot. My store has improved trust, and customers can trust my store. My order will be increased.
I was not satisfied with the use of the app. When subscribing to the Pro plan, I was promised a multilingual Tracking Page and multilingual notifications. However, it turned out that the app only supports 33 languages, and my desired languages (Slovenian, Hungarian, and Croatian) were not included.
Initially, I was assured that this issue would be resolved, but the following day, I was informed that it is not currently possible to implement support for these languages. This inconsistency and lack of clarity regarding the app's features left me disappointed.
I hope 17TRACK improves its service to meet the expectations it sets for customers.

As we communicated with you, our APP currently only supports 30+ languages. We do not support Slovenian, Hungarian, and Croatian as you mentioned. We have also fed back your needs to our product technology team. We also hope to meet the needs of all users and solve the business scenarios of all customers. We are still working hard for this.
Since our functions did not meet your needs, we have also negotiated to refund the subscription fee to you. Please keep in touch with us by email.

After setting up 17TRACK as advised by our 3PL partner I have contacted support a number of times and despite being on the lowest plan the support has been excellent. They understood my questions, situation and requirements well. The advice given has helped in so many ways. Thank you to Jay, Bianca, Denver and Emily. Even on the lowest paid plan the app works well for what we need. Once we are in a position to upgrade we will, and thus be able to take full advantage of the features such as analytics and more.
