Good app, and we’ve just started using it, but sometimes tracking updates are delayed, and certain orders don’t always appear in the 17track list for tracking.

When this happens, you may need to reach out to their support team, but they are quick and responsive. I recommend this app if you’re dealing with international shipping and packages are handed off between different delivery companies. It’ ...

I was not satisfied with the use of the app. When subscribing to the Pro plan, I was promised a multilingual Tracking Page and multilingual notifications. However, it turned out that the app only supports 33 languages, and my desired languages (Slovenian, Hungarian, and Croatian) were not included.

Don't download, they steal your money when you upgrade plans, double charging you for months and additional random charges. Then act like they have no idea where it came from. Steer clear of 17track.
