Great app, very customer-centric. Automated email can be customised in many levels, there is a buyer protection feature and overall just a seamless integration to my store. Customer service is very good too.

The app is very convenient, but its order update synchronization conditions are a bit unreasonable. Some background updates in orders are also considered order updates and are synced by the app. This affects the actual work for the charge calculation and I hope you can fix this soon. (Update - the developer took great care and fixed the issue very quickly, thanks a lot)

I am a dropshipper. Plain and simple. Shipping is a nightmare and one of the most widely recognized pain points when it comes to dropshipping. 17TRACK soothes that issue for the buyer in such a simple way it's amazing.
