En general, 17TRACK ha sido una maravilla para mi tienda. Facilita mucho el seguimiento de los pedidos y da confianza a los clientes al poder ver el estado de sus envíos en todo momento. La integración con Shopify fue rápida y sin complicaciones.

Lo único que me gustaría es que la función de protección de paquetes contra pérdida, daño o retraso también estuviera disponible para Panamá. Sería algo muy útil para mis clientes, especialmente los que compran desde el extranjero. Fuera de eso, todo funciona excelente.

Game changer. I was tracking manually before and had no visibility. Now I have all info in one place, I can see where deliveries fail and fix them before they become a problem.
Plus, my customers can track their orders on my website which I was doing manually 1000 times a day.

Je suis ravi de savoir que cette application va me sauvé du temps par rapport aux demandes de suivi des colis de mes clients Ils ont juste à aller sur l'en-tête de la boutique pour suivre leur colis avec précision et moi je peux personnaliser mes notifications C'est parfait!
