So far, everything is easy to setup, tracking is much easier and smoother browsing experience. Not buggy at all. Coming from another app which the tracking is not updated accurately on time. I'm glad I switched to 17track. I had been using this website to tracking my personal parcels from China but I'm glad they also have the app in Shopify to help with my business.
Winnie from customer support was extremely patient and helpful with assisting in my issue. Highly recommend!
I was confused about how to set up my tracking page url to the main page of my store and Emily helped me be with precision and easy communication whilst providing a screenshot tutorial of each step thank you very much
4 stars because it works like a charm, 1 star off for having a lot of features locked behind paywall. Would rather just have to pay for the increased quota for scaling purposes. But overall its a great app would recommend to at least try. I am going to miss the premium after the trial but not paying $89 when I only average 3 sales a week.
Great app, lets us have a custom tracking page, and also have a free plan with 50 orders/month which helps new users.
It is the best application for my store, I recommend it 100%
The app is quie good and could worth 4 or 5 stars but request to upgrade to Pro plan (49$) to benefit the integration with Omnisend make this app 0stars if was feasible. The email setting is pretty poor and for sure will never be the core of this app…I would pay that amount if the Apple Pay tracking order is working properly but also such feature is worthless because it does not allow customer to optin in the the thank you page but only in the tracking page which is not confortable for the customer because to let them optin they have to open the email go on the tracking page and than track the order with Apple Pay….So far 0 stars.

Great customer support and functionality. Whish that the protection plan could have been for indian bank accounts as well. But love the choices. I think the tracking customization page should offer a little more flexibility but its not bad.
