Seeking your kind understanding and please read my reply below:
After verification, it was found that you have sufficient quotas in your account by now, you can re -track them all in-one-go and re-sync them all to your PayPal account.(Please check the following demo video)
*The reason why this happen: Before 2024-07-03, you are in the free trial period with certain free quotas. Thus, when your order volume exceeds this certain free quota limit, the system cannot synchronize the excess order numbers to your Paypal account. Therefore, During this time gap between the free trial period and you subcribe the paid package, the system cannot synchronize due to insufficient quota, so the "Insufficient quota" prompt will appear.
