It's a brilliant app to track the package and upload the tracker into paypal, I used to work that with 2apps: Tracktor by ShopPad and MetaTrack, both are not free, now 17track absolutely saved my money. They have great customer service on wechat group, and the app have automatic emails to notice the issues on the package so we can catch it with our customers on time.
And the most important is they have Chinese language, it's much more useful for my China partners, highly recommend

I just would like to extend thanks to 17track team making one of the most useful apps for any shopify store owner. Obviously, there are lot of other apps with similar function. But I believe 17track is connected with highest number of carriers among them.
While shipment from dropshipping business is always challenging, managing customer expectation is always critical for business success.
In regards to customer service, I found them very efficient and helpful providing support instantly. It is much appreciated.
