I genuinely love the 17Track app. It easily integrates into my cart app & the developer team also did the coding for me to make it compatible with my store’s theme. My customers love the peace of mind it gives them knowing that their parcel is completely insured. It’s a peace of mind for our staff too so we can ensure customers get the best experience.

One improvement I would make is the email customisation section. I found that my brand logo did not display in test emails I sent to myself. Otherwise a fantastic app.

This is a great tracking site, can automatically identify many logistics providers, used in the site, users can check the logistics information themselves, for our after-sales service to reduce a lot of pressure, I have used many other APP, but this I highly recommend everyone to use!

i was using 17track as it said free plan available.....after the trial there was no free plan! though while i was using the app it did serve its purpose, there are free tracking apps so that wasnt needed, i liked it due to the paypal tracking sync but this again was paid service, so i was paying only to have the shipping protection.....to which can be done with free apps.
this app would have been a really all round good app if paypal sync,tracking and shipping protection was on a free plan like a free plan with 50 orders a month free.
but again all round good app

The number of logistics providers that support the query is very large, which is the reason I chose it.
Although there are some areas that are underperforming, they are keen to listen to users' suggestions and will keep updating them.
Overall good!
