So far so good, I requested the logo removal and they removed it promptly. Staff is friendly too.
For the most part this app is easy to use. I have not figured out how to change some of the premade flows, but the ones they provide are well written. There should be a way to edit the links attached to specific details such as the store name or adding other tags to the body.
