Very solid app - especially on the free plan. Has everything you need: tracking page with one click integration with product recommendations, dropship mode, great order tracking page you can customise. Picks up every order carrier automatically etc. Only thing is their email editor is very clunky and basic and looks like you have edit every single email individually vs a template that looks a bit basic but fully customizable. Overall super happy and will see how it goes. Nice option add on is the Protection Plan

Had an issue come up where a claim payment from SEEL to a customer had issues and I had to get involved. I reached out to 17TRACK customer service and Abby helped me get it all figured out quickly so we could get the customer their claim payment.

JAY was great and very helpful and patient with me. I don't know how many times she explained it to me, sent me links and videos, and I finally installed everything. And it works! Thank you very much <3
