They are very responsive to your needs and will get back to you very promptly. we are in the beginning stages of using this company having installed their app within the past two weeks but have been very satisfied thus far.

We are using the app to power GWP gift card. It's great to know that they are supporting both Shopify and Bigcommerce (another brand we have) -- it comes in handy that we don't have to learn how it works.
