Sales, refund, and exchange receipts are securely signed in real-time, with QR codes for TSE or RKSV printed directly on receipts. Our solution supports all Shopify-compatible printers. Wir haben OpenFiskal für unseren Pop-up-Store in Österreich verwendet - und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Die automatische Anbindung an FinanzOnline hat wunderbar funktioniert. Genauso genial ist es auch, dass die App wieder kurze Zeit pausiert werden kann - um sie später im nächsten Pop-up-Store wieder einsetzen zu können. Der freundliche und sehr hilfreiche Support von Ferry ist das i-Tüpfchen. Absolute Empfehlung!
OpenFiskal hilft es Kassensysteme mit Shopify POS rechtskonform in Deutschland (und weiteren Ländern) zu betreiben. Die Einrichtung der App ist schnell erledigt und gut erklärt. Ganz besonders herauszuheben ist der perfekte Support. Ferry hat uns bei einem technischen Problem (das aus unserer Sphäre stammte) selbst an einem Wochenende via Chat schnell und zielführend geholfen. Dazu ist der Support darüber hinaus einfach unglaublich freundlich. Wirklich erstklassige Kundenerfahrung!
Wir sind happy jetzt mit gutem Gewissen eine rechtssichere Kasse zu führen. Der Wechsel von Shopify TSE zu OpenFiskal war super easy und alles ist extrem gut erklärt. Auch auf Dinge, die man vergessen könnte wie: Kasse abmelden und mit neuem TSE neu anmelden, wird mehrmals hingewiesen und alle Daten dafür sind sehr einfach zu finden oder über die Meldeapp vom Anbieter selbst, einfach zu erstellen.
