BROKE OUR ORDER SYNCS AND SUPPORT WON'T RESPOND. DO NOT USE
AB Convert is a great app that helps us to test themes, prices etc. The analytics it gives are great, it's easy to use and the team is very helpful and receptive whenever we have questions.
ABConvert has enabled us to unlock more consumer insights. Our organization is full of hypotheses, and we use ABConvert to take action by testing the hypotheses, documenting results, and sharing the actionable insights with our organization! The support team is very responsible and engaging!
Really simple to use for testing conversion rates on a Shopify store. We mainly run URL Redirect tests and ABConvert has been helpful in showing where to steer our UX and design by allowing us to test the impact of both major and minor changes. We also had a good experience with their Help team (shout out to Leo) who got back to us very quickly and were happy to jump on a call immediately to talk through the issues we were having which were resolved thanks to the call.
Great App to test things on my shop, increased my CR already significantly. Also very nice support, leo from the support team is doing a great job.
Easy to use app with excellent customer service. We are on our 5th test now and have been very happy with the results.
The tool itself is very reliable and honestly much easier to set up and use compared to other similar apps we've tried in the past.
But what really stands out is the support team. Their customer service is top notch — you get real, personalized help from experts who truly know what they're doing. They've been super responsive and always willing to guide us step by step whenever we've had questions or needed advice on how to get the most out of our tests.
Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for an easy, reliable way to optimize your pricing and shipping strategies, with the added bonus of having a fantastic support team behind you.
Amazing app, bad operation.
The functionality of the app itself is great- you can run tests that improve your conversion rate by 0.1%, which is a lot. However, the app lacks in support and self-support- not because of the support staff, but because of the working hours and the way errors are not communicated.
I've attempted creating the same price test over 10 times by now- each time, taking ~30 minutes. Once the test fails, all it does is not show up in the "Your tests" section- no visible feedback on why it failed.
The support works 9am to 6pm- Beijing time- meaning during regular business Hours in the Americas, you have no support.

I’d like to clarify one point: while our main support team is based in Asia, we also provide coverage outside of Beijing hours. For example, Kelly from our team works in UTC+1 (French time), which overlaps with part of U.S. business hours. In your case, she responded within 10 minutes, though we understand it still felt late given the situation.
You’re absolutely right, our support coverage during U.S. hours can be improved, and we’re already working on expanding availability. We’re also addressing how errors are communicated in the app so that test failures give clearer feedback.

In my case this lead to overselling hundreds of items.
when I asked the staff to explain how inventory works, it took well over 5 minutes to get a real answer:
Me: so i am meant to manually recalculate my inventory after a test?
Jeffrey: No you don’t have to
Me: then why is my inventory oversold
Jeffrey: Just go analytics and see how many test variants are sold
Jeffrey: And minus the number

Please understand that when you reached out to us, it was 4:30 am in our time zone. Despite the hour, we were committed to addressing your concerns.
I noticed there was a significant amount of emotion during our conversation. We attempted to clarify the situation, but it seemed there might have been some miscommunication.
Regarding the app, it creates duplicate variants for price testing, which can occasionally lead to inventory discrepancies. We're actively working on developing an inventory syncing feature to resolve this.
However, in this instance, the primary issue arose because the test ran for an extended period of three months without monitoring the inventory levels. We're here to assist in resolving this and ensuring it doesn't happen again.

App great, dashboards useful and lots of options for reasonable cost. Support outstanding, a lot of customisations required for our store and the team was so accommodating, working around the clock to get it launched to a tight deadline. 10/10
