AB Convert is a great app that helps us to test themes, prices etc. The analytics it gives are great, it's easy to use and the team is very helpful and receptive whenever we have questions.

The support process is ridiculous. You're required to book a ticket just to speak to someone which sure whatever thats fine but the issue is you close out the ticket without any response from us on whether or not your suggestions fixed the issue at hand to which we have to go through your AI chat system and respond to multiple unnecessary prompts just to get passed it so we can speak to book a ticket and then we have to book a completely brand new ticket and re-type all the information that should already be available if you just didn't close the ticket out. The app itself is fine which is why I gave 3 stars.

We've been using AB-Convert for a while now to run our A/B tests and are absolutely satisfied, especially with the outstanding support.

We faced a tricky issue with recurring spikes in bot traffic at the end of each month, which seemed to skew our test data. The support team jumped in right away

Leo from the support team personally stepped in. He analyzed our test data, identified suspicious IPs, and helped us exclude them directly through the dashboard. The communication was quick, clear, and helpful throughout. They even involved their dev team without us having to do any extra setup.

It’s rare to find a tool that not only delivers reliable results but also has a support team that genuinely cares and takes action. If you're serious about running clean, trustworthy A/B tests on Shopify, I highly recommend AB-Convert.

Amazing app, bad operation.

The functionality of the app itself is great- you can run tests that improve your conversion rate by 0.1%, which is a lot. However, the app lacks in support and self-support- not because of the support staff, but because of the working hours and the way errors are not communicated.

I've attempted creating the same price test over 10 times by now- each time, taking ~30 minutes. Once the test fails, all it does is not show up in the "Your tests" section- no visible feedback on why it failed.

The support works 9am to 6pm- Beijing time- meaning during regular business Hours in the Americas, you have no support.

I’d like to clarify one point: while our main support team is based in Asia, we also provide coverage outside of Beijing hours. For example, Kelly from our team works in UTC+1 (French time), which overlaps with part of U.S. business hours. In your case, she responded within 10 minutes, though we understand it still felt late given the situation.

You’re absolutely right, our support coverage during U.S. hours can be improved, and we’re already working on expanding availability. We’re also addressing how errors are communicated in the app so that test failures give clearer feedback.
