A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

A2X has been an invaluable resource for consolidating our Accounting on a few different platforms (Paypal, Shopify, Amazon and Walmart.) Their customer service responds quickly and efficiently. It really has been a huge time saver in terms of reporting. Highly recommend them.

A2X may seem pricey, but it has saved us so much money from NOT having to hire another employee/bookkeeper/CPA to help with our Quickbooks/taxes. Not to mention all the time and energy saved as owners as well. We like doing our business, NOT running the business! A2X helps us do this as in the most cost-effective (and accurate) way possible.

One thing that I really love about A2X and its integrations with Shopify and Etsy, is that whenever I have any questions with any of the QB journal entries - which has been a few times over the last few years - is the A2X staff are always available for immediate, personal help with it all! No question or issue is too big or too small. They are knowledgable and figure it all out. and in real time. An example just from today - its busy tax season, here I am late in reconciling, and A2X helped me correct an Etsy/Bank Deposit issue from last April. Kim at A2X worked with her manager and found the answer quickly, and even walked me through how to correct it all via Google Meet step-by-step on my end. A2X really does goes above and beyond. They have the best customer service ever! I wish I could give A2X 10 stars! Thank you!

I have been using A2X for the past few years, I like that is an automatic solution to the annoying manual accounting of shopify transactions. Do be careful if you are loop - shopify; they don't necessarily speak the proper accounting language to each other which can cause differences in your accounting (specifically in pending payments) and how A2X records them; without an accountant/bookkeeper that understands the back end of Shopify/loop you're screwed. I will be honest I have been disappointed by MOST of A2X's support people - I have been trying to figure out my loop-shopify woes for a while, and most support people gave me run around, solutions that weren't the right solutions etc. FINALLY I got a rep that actually knew what she was talking about, she knew the shopify-loop woes and was finally able to help me properly work through them... So if it wasn't for Manuela Abrams, I likely would still be pulling my hair out with my 'outage' in pending payments. Also -- if you need help and you feel like the normal support people suck -- try to request Manuela Abrams - she knows her stuff (and her accounting principles!). So this review is more for Manuela 10/10 -- a2x pre-manuela 4/10 -- a2x after Manuela 8/10. Manuela deserves a raise and a promotion! (but please let her help me going forward lol).

We use this with Xero and some other sales channels to make sure data going into accounts is accurate. I’m not so involved with the details but the accounts are happy so overall happy with a product that does what it says on the tin. Support is also great when needed.

I recently had the need to utilise the one-on-one live service with a A2X consultant. I had a 30 minute call with personalised service to correct some in-house errors in the taxes and mapping. Will was extremely helpful & suggested some better avenues to track our payouts and reconciliation options. I really appreciated the intense attention to ensuring that our accounts are now on track & his cheerful professionalism. This is a very good platform with personalised professional assistance. I would definitely recommend this app!

I have used A2X for two months now to integrate Xero with eBay, Amazon and Shopify. Lana, Jennifer and Nora have been great, they are responsive and proactive, and my issues are resolved quickly. This app makes bookkeeping quick and simple. Two small issues I have found is that using 3rd party apps in Shopify may cause issues surrounding taxable/non taxable products. And PayPal settlements may be an issue if you’re working with multiple currencies. Both of these issues are worked around with manual adjustments. A2X has still been such a time saver overall so I would definitely recommend.

Edit: With their new PayPal integration there are now no problems with PayPal settlements in multiple currencies. 2 years on, the support team are still 5 star, excellent customer service and accounting knowledge, they are so helpful and responsive.
