A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

A2X has completely transformed the way I handle my e-commerce accounting. This app effortlessly pulls data from Shopify and Amazon, automatically categorizing and matching transactions to the correct Xero accounts. It's like having a dedicated accountant working 24/7.

A2X has been a great tool us! It helped streamline our payout process and has cut my time by a lot. I have been able to focus on other parts of our business, while mainting our bookkeeping up to date. I would like to thank Kim Pacy for the help in getting us set up.

This is a really good app and has made the integration of Shopify with Xero so much more efficient and accurate . I have had great customer service from Nicole over the last few days - she has helped me work through some set up issues integrating Refundid into the A2X environment - She was quick to help, quick to follow up and we resolved the problem quickly

Seriously Kim was the most amazing amazing support person via chat today. She literally spent almost 2 hours with me helping me ensure my transactions were set up correctly, she helped me set up new categories in my QB so everything synced up perfectly. Can not say enough positives about her. If the rest of the company is like her, they are in great shape!!!

We have been using A2X for a few years now. The data integration has been running smoothly however I did encounter an issue recently which Renee managed to sort out for me. Thanks so much for your quick and efficient customer service Renee.

I've been using A2X for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The platform has made accounting so much easier and more efficient, especially when it comes to managing our e-commerce transactions. What really stands out, though, is the level of customer support. Nicole has been incredibly helpful. She's quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is sorted. Highly recommend A2X to anyone

Super easy to purchase and install, and it basically does the setup for you by creating accounts to map the various funds in a transaction to (sales, shipping, tax, etc.). The on top of that they have excellent support that schedules time with you, walks you through anything you have questions about, and stays in touch until you've got it all running correctly.

Honestly it was so hard for us to change over to Shopify from an accounting perspective. We were very lucky to have the opportunity to install A2X and meet the lovely Nicole who has helped us navigate the set up. Now it actually takes me less time to use A2X than it did with our previous system. We are so grateful!

I have been using A2X for the past few years, I like that is an automatic solution to the annoying manual accounting of shopify transactions. Do be careful if you are loop - shopify; they don't necessarily speak the proper accounting language to each other which can cause differences in your accounting (specifically in pending payments) and how A2X records them; without an accountant/bookkeeper that understands the back end of Shopify/loop you're screwed. I will be honest I have been disappointed by MOST of A2X's support people - I have been trying to figure out my loop-shopify woes for a while, and most support people gave me run around, solutions that weren't the right solutions etc. FINALLY I got a rep that actually knew what she was talking about, she knew the shopify-loop woes and was finally able to help me properly work through them... So if it wasn't for Manuela Abrams, I likely would still be pulling my hair out with my 'outage' in pending payments. Also -- if you need help and you feel like the normal support people suck -- try to request Manuela Abrams - she knows her stuff (and her accounting principles!). So this review is more for Manuela 10/10 -- a2x pre-manuela 4/10 -- a2x after Manuela 8/10. Manuela deserves a raise and a promotion! (but please let her help me going forward lol).
