Brilliant App, Great Support.....A2X is the perfect link between Shopify and Xero, makes life so much easier and very clear to check reconciliations, actually makes the understanding of fees and clearing of PayPal and Klarna simple. Lana and Will at the support team are great and very helpful.
Each time I speak to the support team at A2X the more impressed I am. Gives me confidence for our next store. A big thank you to Lana.

A2X has been a tremendous help so far. Its automation for reconciling transactions between Shopify and Xero is a huge time-saver. Plus, their customer support has been excellent.
so far it sucks. It's stuck because sku's have - in them. And they seem to have not figured this out yet. I'm kinda pissed I'm having to tell them how to fix this.

I'm absolutely happy how A2X works and syncs data of our Sopify sales and payouts with our Quickbooks Online account. It's a great tool with very precise data.
The A2X Support Team answered all my questions within really 15 minutes as they promise. They resolved the issue of missing some historical payouts during 15 minutes as well.
I tried other apps, and now I can say with complete confidence A2X app is the best solution.
The software looks complex however the support team helped me set it up, and answered all questions I had about any discrepancies I noticed. This app saves so much time on generating reports and finding the lost expenses in them, then transferring the information manually to QBO. Highly recommend
If you have a large Chart of Accounts, it takes a while to set up - but it is well worth it. The detailed allocation of transactions to individual accounts saves large amounts of time - particularly if you use multiple payment gateways in Shopify. And the support is very responsive. They answer most questions quickly and never hesitate to explore more complex questions.
Onboarding was amazing, super easy to set up and get started right away to categorize all my fees from Shopify. I think this is an amazing tool that has already relieved so much bookkeeping and accounting stress for myself and it's that much easier to keep my books clean so I can focus on bringing in revenue into the business.
