A2X Sync for QuickBooks & Xero

I have used A2X for two months now to integrate Xero with eBay, Amazon and Shopify. Lana, Jennifer and Nora have been great, they are responsive and proactive, and my issues are resolved quickly. This app makes bookkeeping quick and simple. Two small issues I have found is that using 3rd party apps in Shopify may cause issues surrounding taxable/non taxable products. And PayPal settlements may be an issue if you’re working with multiple currencies. Both of these issues are worked around with manual adjustments. A2X has still been such a time saver overall so I would definitely recommend.

Edit: With their new PayPal integration there are now no problems with PayPal settlements in multiple currencies. 2 years on, the support team are still 5 star, excellent customer service and accounting knowledge, they are so helpful and responsive.

Great product and great customer service. I use a few of these types of programs for various customers and A2X is by far the best. It is a little pricier, but worth it for the functionality and customer service, especially if you are tracking COGS without inventory. Highly recommend.

Very useful service which saves us a lot of time monthly processing all of the Shopify sales directly into our accounting software. All of the journals always match 100%. If the mapping is done correctly there is literally nothing to worry about apart form reconciling the bank monthly. They have a very helpful customer support as well in case there are any issues within the balance sheet or clearing account. Available on call or email. I would recommend it to anyone using Shopify or Amazon.

Kim from A2X helped me out when i had a disconnect issues with QBO. They were responsive and helpful. I was back up and running quickly. The tool is so useful to simplify the Shopify data into QBO. Highly recommended.

Lifesaver for multi-channel/multi-website. A2X saves us so much time day-to-day and $ at year end with bookkeepers. We use Shopify(2 sites with PayPal and Shopify Payments)+Shopify POS and QBO.

I can't praise this app enough. First of all the assistance in setting this up for a non-accountant skilled business owner was great but most importantly is once the app is setup it saves hours, and I mean hours. In our busy months we ship out hundreds of orders every day, which used to mean manually reconciling the orders. Paypal was the worse. Now it's all completed in a matter of moment.

If you think the app is pricey work on the cost benefit it provides to you/your business. It saves me hours every month which is well worth the cost and freedom it provides to run and grow your business.

If you have a large Chart of Accounts, it takes a while to set up - but it is well worth it. The detailed allocation of transactions to individual accounts saves large amounts of time - particularly if you use multiple payment gateways in Shopify. And the support is very responsive. They answer most questions quickly and never hesitate to explore more complex questions.

I also worked with Nicole at A2X on some pretty complex questions about switching from our old financial system to Xero + A2X. She is a real gem. Extremely knowledgeable and no question was too big or too small.

A2x support is over the top amazing. Without jumping through hoops, you end up with a true expert. The program itself is easy to use and takes so much work out of the process.

Never worked with this platform before and it took me a while to understand how it works. Now I love how A2X integrates with my client's Shopify account. It really does help to show the whole picture and track money (fees, discounts, disputes, etc.)Saves time which is the main reason I started using A2X.

Customer service is GREAT!! Loved working with Nicole Gostomski. She was very knowledgeable Took her time to explain everything and was really patient when I asked the same questions twice.
