The app is very comprehensive and flexible and fulfils all our requirements. We are very happy with it. The support is outstanding. The developers are always quickly available, friendly and ready to help. It's really fun to work with!
Customer service is great. Just that, the app is not very user friendly as we hoped. Customer support is quick to respond and helpful though, which is very important.

We've been using Accentuate Custom Fields for five years now and we've never had a problem. It allows us to create functionality on our website that we wouldn't be able to with Shopify directly.
