Excellent support, I made an error and it was causing my ACF fields to display strangely/incorrectly, the team was able to get it back to normal! So relieved!
WOW. Insanely good customer service. I wrote in asking about a feature I wanted — turns out the feature didn't exist. A normal software company would have put it on their "roadmap" and then never gotten to it. My support rep prioritized it and the feature was completed, rolled out, and live WITHIN 24 HOURS. Literally never seen a software company that responsive. Awesome work. (BTW, the app does exactly what I wanted it to!)

Great support from the team with any questions I had.
Not as user friendly as it needs to be. When we add new sizes, it invariably doesn't work and we have to ask our developer to fix. A UI/UX update and a bug fix would make this product a lot better.

Customer service is great. Just that, the app is not very user friendly as we hoped. Customer support is quick to respond and helpful though, which is very important.
