The support I received during onboarding was excellent. With their help, I could get up and running in no time. If you have any questions during onboarding their team is very helpful.
Accessibility Enabler helped me with the accessibility statement and was able to guide be step by step.
They made setup easy and provided everything we needed to ensure our website was compliant. Support was helpful and they got on a call to walk me through finalizing the website setup.
Excellent customer service. Easy to implement and very helpful for our initiative. Will continue using this service for our website and customers.
I am not very tech savvy. The customer service support was excellent. Sachin was very patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. He assisted me with adding the certificate to my website and showed me the many features of the app.
Works perfectly. Allowed us to implement a much needed service on our site.

However, we have taken action on it after people complained about regarding the same.
Popup:
Now we have removed the auto-popup mechanism and convert the app into free lite version if you don't pay.
Pricing:
You were our first customer when we started out. Our pricing was flat $10 then. however, our server and operating expenses were higher at than income at this price point. Hence we were forced to change the price. Hope you would do the same when in our situation.
A few days back we have started giving 50% extra credits for bigger plans because we figured out that it would be managed with it. (https://hikeorders.com/accessibility/pricing/) We are doing our best to serve you.

It was very easy to setup the integration and our customers noticed right away when it was added and noted they appreciated the service. Customer support is also quick if you have any questions.
watch out! this company is now posting ads on your website for this app- this ad pop up should be illegal.
The free lite version has orange bar on bottom right corner of the of the screen ( which you are consider as ads)
If you don't purchase a plan then after 3 days of trail, you will be automatically using our free-lite version.
We send email notification regarding the same during the trial. Seems like your completely ignored them

Overall, I would suggest that you allow us to check off boxes as we complete the steps of setting up the application.
This app was very easy to set up and it had all the customization i was looking for. Very straight forward and without any additional knowledge it was easy to create accessebility policy as well as the sitemap.
